The inspiration behind the sunflower field holds a poignant significance for Billeck, stemming from his son Damon Billeck’s battle with Osteosarcoma Bone Cancer. Reflecting on the connection between sunflowers and Sarcoma Cancers, Billeck recounts how the idea for the field emerged, culminating in a serene space where families gather for springtime photos and shared experiences.

Weekend visitors to Trader’s Village can revel in the sunflower field’s beauty until the flowers naturally fade, typically around mid-June.
