After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Berwick Antique & Collectables Fair is making a comeback for its fifth annual event. The fair, set for Sunday, October 9, will feature over 30 stallholders showcasing a diverse array of antique goods, including furniture, crockery, and knick-knacks. Visitors can also avail valuations by David Freeman for a nominal fee of $5.
The event, hosted at the Berwick Leisure Centre, aims to raise funds for Riding for the Disabled’s Doveton branch at Myuna Farm. For Coosje Dubach, one of the fair organizers, this cause holds special significance as she has witnessed the positive impact on individuals benefiting from equine activities over the years.
Riding for the Disabled Victoria has been providing therapeutic horse riding experiences for individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges for five decades.
