Visitors can explore the flight line adorned with a backdrop of historic hangars and aircraft while enjoying classic period music. Additionally, a local food truck will be stationed outside Hangar 3, serving up delicious food and drinks for purchase, adding to the overall festive atmosphere of the event.
Admission to the Flea Market includes access to the museum’s impressive collection of legendary aircraft on display, such as the North American B-25 Mitchell, Douglas C-47 Skytrain, Grumman TBM-3E Avenger, Republic F-105D Thunderchief, Fairchild/Republic A-10A Warthog, and more. Attendees can also seize the opportunity to buy tickets for a ride in one of the two North American T-6 Texans or the open-cockpit WACO Biplane, enhancing their aviation experience.
This fundraising event aims to support local vendors and contribute to the museum’s mission of preserving Long Island’s aviation history.
